natural ways to lower blood pressure?
my blood pressure has been running fairly high – I’m recovering from a spinal injury and I have had nerve pain for 4 years. on top of that I lost my job, my mother, my wife and now my dog. I follow a low fat vegan diet. I’m probably about 40 pounds overweight I’d guess. I’m a big muscular guy – I try my best to eat healthy and exercise daily. – things I’ve done natural – apple cider vinegar, vitamins, antioxidants – garlic – celery seed flax oil and I don’t know of anything else that helps. thanks
first let me say i am sorry to hear of the many losses you have experienced in such a short amount of time. you have a lot of stress in your life right now and that is a big cause of the high bp. so i recommend dealing with your anxiety and worry over the stress that has been happening to you. i hope you can take some time to grieve and make sure you go thru all the normal steps of the process. just love yourself and be gentle with yourself right now because this is a very hard time for you.

This may sound crazy, but I have been reading about some water that can actually lower your blood pressure as well as help you lose weight. It’s ionized, alkaline water which has been used in Japan for over 20 years. You should check out the source below and go to the "videos and articles" section of the website. I hope this helps and have a blessed day!
