PostHeaderIcon I ate about 430 calories for breakfast.. Was it alot?


I had 3 pieces of bread with some honey and a banana. Was this healthy also??

Bread= protein and vitamins/minerals
Honey= natural antioxidants

Banana= potassium and vitamins/ minerlas

Yeah it’s healthy, I had 630 for breakfast and I am not complaining, because it was healthy food.

    Depends if you plan on working out today. If you do plan then no that’s not enough to give you the energy you need. If you don’t plan too then that is enough.

    Not the best start, but it’s better than nothing. Just be sure to eat a better lunch and dinner. Bread is NOT a good source of protein – the carbs and calories alone negate any protein. It would be better to eat two eggs with a little salsa than to eat three pieces of bread.

    well if your going to overeat breakfast is the best meal to do so..Because your body has the rest of the day to burn it off and eating breakfast helps you feel more full the rest of day helping you not over eat as much ..If your planning to workout you can eat and not have to watch what you eat as much but, if you plan not too just eat light today and you should be fine..

    oh btw if you ate whole grain toast that shouldn’t be that bad and bananas are really good for you..The honey was prob not the best idea and 3 pieces is allot of carbs..but overall the meal wasnt too bad..Ive done way worse lol
