The trillions of cells in our bodies produce the energy that keeps us alive. As they process food and oxygen to create energy, they also release dangerous molecules called free radicals or oxidants. These oxidants can do a lot of damage. What happens inside our bodies is similar to what happens to an apple when it is cut open and exposed to oxygen: it turns brown because oxygen is corrosive. Our bodies have a defense mechanism in the form of antioxidant enzymes, which neutralize free radicals. This defense mechanism works well until our 20’s, but as we get older our cells produce more free radicals than our defenses can neutralize. Oxidative stress caused by free radicals has been linked to over 200 illnesses, so this is a major medical concern. Some experts predict that people will soon monitor their oxidative stress as routinely as they are now monitor cholesterol.

Scientists have been researching ways to boost our natural antioxidant enzymes. A diet rich in fruits and vegetables helps, but many experts say it’s not enough. This segment discusses a nutritional supplement called Protandim, which has been shown to be very effective in maintaining cellular health. Protandim contains 5 herbs that have been used in ayurvedic medicine for centuries. After 3 months of taking this supplement, a 78 year old man was tested and his cellular health was shown to be similar to that of a 20 year old.

I’m in my 50’s and have been taking Max GXL for about 9 months now and it has been amazing what it has done for my energy and overall health levels. Max GXL gives you the components to produce Glutathione naturally, it is not the actual molecule which, as pointed out below, cannot survive digestion in the GI tract. Message me if you are interested or find a local friend who sells it. It is only sold through a mutli-level marketing mechanism.

    What’s better than …
What’s better than food based antioxidents? An antioxident catalyst that turns on production of your own antioxident enzymes inside your cells! Watch my video from ABC’s Primetime. Then watch my exclusive video of nationally renowned neurologist, Dr. David Perlmutter, and my exclusive video of Montel Williams. This is bigger than big and it’s just getting starting NOW!

    Actually if it was …
Actually if it was in the cells then it would not be in the blood, it cant be in two places at once, so your theory is flawed. If it just sat around in the blood then it would be pretty useless.

    you must know the …
you must know the video is misleading because Glutathione is a small protein composed of three amino acids, cysteine, glutamic acid and glyceine produced in the human liver. Its marketed as a nutritional supplement oral doses of Glutathione have little effect in raising blood levels so it doesnt appear that Glutathione supplements actually increase the levels of Glutathione inside cells. Glutathione supplements are not absorbed in the GI tract.

    Since YOU made the …
Since YOU made the comment, I challenge YOU to identify and then explain WHY this science is flawed and misleading. You have OBVIOUSLY done your research , and are fully credentialed to make your thoughts public and open yourself up to scrutiny & rebuttal as you have. Please, also tell us WHY a MD is superior to a PhD on this topic. To use your rationale, a PhD of Literature, publicly commenting on oxidative stress, would be as pointless and benign as YOU commenting on this. Put up or shut up!

The science on this product is flawed and misleading. Please do your research on this product. The woman in the lab coat is not even an MD, but a PhD. Oh please. A PhD of what? She could have her PhD in anything like literature. Don’t be had.
