		<description>These are very safe levels.  As a smoker you may want to consider taking even more.  A potentially better &#039;source&#039; (and cheaper) of glutathione is NAC (N-acetyl-cysteine) which is converted into glutathione in the body.  1500 mg per day of NAC is a common dosage for &#039;wellness&#039; benefits.  As a smoker you are depleting your vitamin C, glutathione, and other antioxidants rapidly.  So higher doses may be appropriate.
