PostHeaderIcon Glutathione??

Hi there,

Just got 250mg of L-Glutathione + 500mg of Vitamin C. How much Glutathione + Vitamin C is to be taken a day? is it like 1 Glutathione in the evening + vitamin c and 1 Glutathione in the night + vitamin c? thx!

btw my weight is 55kg
it wont cause any side effects right? i do smoke tho.

These are very safe levels. As a smoker you may want to consider taking even more. A potentially better ’source’ (and cheaper) of glutathione is NAC (N-acetyl-cysteine) which is converted into glutathione in the body. 1500 mg per day of NAC is a common dosage for ‘wellness’ benefits. As a smoker you are depleting your vitamin C, glutathione, and other antioxidants rapidly. So higher doses may be appropriate.

Best wishes and good luck.
