i’ve heard that glutathione can make your skin fairer, helps in developing muscles and is an important antioxidant

1. So which is better to increase levels of glutathione in the body?

taking glutathione supplements or
taking whey protein with Acetylcysteine supplements

2. Which of these 2 choices are better if i am planning to go to the gym and do weight training exercises and want to have lighter fairer skin?

The best way to increase your glutathione levels in your body is to eat more foods that help your body make it own. seafood, eggs, organ meats, plants foods grown in selenium rich soils.
