    r-ala I believe is …
r-ala I believe is the better choice which is a more stabilized form of ala. You can also buy r-ala products with biotin already in them.

Knowledgeable and experienced bodybuilders and athletes have used this together with acetyl-l-carnitine for over a decade and swear by it as a combo, they would also add stimulants but I doubt that relates to diabetes.

The green tea also, grape seed and flax someone else already mention is also excellent to add.

    I’ve read that …
I’ve read that consuming medication like Diaformin or other sugar reducing meds can cause problems like liver decline, weight reduction, constipation etc.
A friend of a friend reversed Diabetes with diet and exercise, now he is free of any symptoms.

I’d try off meds and see how it goes. But would take natural stuff.

    Hello everyone. …
Hello everyone. Love the information on this video. Sk, I looked up one whole lemon 2 3/8″ and it’s under 8 carbs. How many carbs per meal can you guys consume? I’m on Glucotrol XL and can consume 15-20 carbs per meal and do just fine. I’m so used to choosing low-carb dishes that sometimes the Glucotrol makes me get a tad hypoglycemic so I end up eating a carb snack between meals.

    hi, I read a lot …
hi, I read a lot about health news especially natural remedies, and the latest is that grapeseed and resveratrol (red wine extract) reversed diabetes in rats. Lemons are bad for diabetics (have sugar) try Vitamin C with Bioflavonoids 2 to 3 grams daily.

    SK301 I would be …
SK301 I would be interested in any experiences where you know of someone who permanently reversed diabetes. Im convinced if you lower your carbs or carb impact enough you can get rid of the symptoms but a real reverse? Im open to info! I already incorporate added magnesium, flax, Vit. C in the form of an entire lemon daily. I need to add the primrose oil, have read plenty on that. I try to add one thing at a time and watch for the wanted effects. Thanks!

    try also EPO, …
try also EPO, vitamin C, Green Tea, Grape Seed, and Flax Seed.

    I believe Diabetes is reversible.

  • susique333 says:

Oh I forgot to say …
Oh I forgot to say I take ALA with biotin. I read that ALA can cause you to become a wee bit low in biotin so to add that to your diet is important. Thanks again!

    Excellent video!!! …
Excellent video!!! I just recently learned about ALA. I have found that my feet do not hurt nearly as bad, no tingling in my fingers overnight anymore. I still have a 11 yr old to chance around, I cant become an invalid yet! LOL I just read it is also cardio-protective and prevents nerve damage.
