I think that it’s worth a shot drinking it. I doubt that any drink could have any effect on chemo. I mean, it can’t be that strong. Unless they specifically tell you not to drink that juice, go right ahead.

TRUST ME….I don’t want to be white. What I do want is to be maybe a carmel golden color….I am a little (deep red and yellow undertones) but I think I would look so much more prettier with a nice even skin tone that was just a bit lighter more golden/carmel colored.

I have a 4yr old corgi who has a liver shunt. Currently he is not on any medications except for the Science Diet L/D. I was browsing through the smartpak website and found a supplement called Denosyl, which is for liver support. Do you think this supplement would benefit him?

I just heard about a new antioxidant supplement called Resvinatrol Complete that I think I want to start taking. It has the antioxidant equivalent of 156 of red wine and is supposed to be 4 times stronger than pomegranate’s antioxidant capacity. Has anyone ever heard of it or used it?

I looked at the website for it, judging by the ingredients it is safe. However, I don’t see any proof that this is an improvement over standard vitamin supplements and at $30.00 for 40 pills is kind of pricey.

It won’t due any harm to give it a shot, but I would look at the cheaper alternatives first.

Also, the American Heart Association doesn’t recommend using antioxidant vitamin supplements until more complete data are available. They continue to recommend that people eat a variety of nutrient-rich foods daily from all the basic food groups.

I had 3 pieces of bread with some honey and a banana. Was this healthy also??

Bread= protein and vitamins/minerals
Honey= natural antioxidants
