What’s the Best Resveratrol Supplement that I Can Buy Online?
I have read countless articles online and in health-related magazines that Resveratrol is one of the most potent antioxidants out there (not to mention that it helps you lose weight, improves skin conditions, and countless other benefits), and really want to try one of the supplements available out there. Problem is, there’s so many.
I’m looking for one that actually produces results please!
One of the best resveratrol supplements you can purchase online would be Youth Res-V: http://npvos.com/click/?s=96437&c=143826
It is 100% natural, has a 100% satisfaction guarantee, and also gives you a 30 day money back guarantee as well.
Plus, they allow you to get your first bottle for free and you only have to pay Shipping/Handling of $4.95.
I’ve tried it personally and I really like it! My energy levels have skyrocketed, my skin looks healthier, and I have even lost a few pounds as well!
Hope that helps.
IS this green tea the natural one?
Its called 4c Iced tea Mix: Green Tea Antioxidant
Its a powder mix, im trrying to lose weight is this the one i should drink?
I really don’t think drinking tea is going to help you lose weight, and especially the powdered stuff. Go buy tea bags!
Glutathione??
Hi there,
Just got 250mg of L-Glutathione + 500mg of Vitamin C. How much Glutathione + Vitamin C is to be taken a day? is it like 1 Glutathione in the evening + vitamin c and 1 Glutathione in the night + vitamin c? thx!
btw my weight is 55kg
it wont cause any side effects right? i do smoke tho.
These are very safe levels. As a smoker you may want to consider taking even more. A potentially better ’source’ (and cheaper) of glutathione is NAC (N-acetyl-cysteine) which is converted into glutathione in the body. 1500 mg per day of NAC is a common dosage for ‘wellness’ benefits. As a smoker you are depleting your vitamin C, glutathione, and other antioxidants rapidly. So higher doses may be appropriate.
Best wishes and good luck.
Can taking detoxifing anti-oxidant supplements affect the hormones i am taking?
I am a mtf trans girl taking 6mg of estradiol per day. I am also taking a supplement called GLUTATHIONE. It is said to be very good for the skin and overall health and has the effect of lightening the skin. Being an anti-oxidant and an id in cleansing the liver, will it have an effect on the estrogen i am taking? Does the body read hormones as free radicals or some sort of toxins that need to be released if you are using anti-oxidants?
Hormones are "signals", the body totally know what they are and they cannot be recognized as radicals. Free radicals are molecules having an unpaired electrons that damages and ruins the balance of cells. They are totally 2 different things.
It is ok to take the hormones and Glutathione pills as long as you dont take them at the same time.
Have at least 3-hour interval before taking the gluta or vice versa
I know it for a fact because im also a user and a distributor of Glutathione Whitening Pills – http://www.superwhiteningpills.net
Good day

Lipton’s 100% natural tea… is it good for pimples?
i have heard that green tea is good for skin but is lipton’s 100% natural tea with 175mg protectibe antioxidants
if so explain!!
thanks!
HELLO…. please answer! : (
No, it’s not going to help with pimples. Tea is "good" for the skin; however, it’s not going to treat acne.
Share your secret as to what is the best remedy to get rid of pimples?
During my younger years although my face is oily i still manage to have a clear & pimple free skin. Now im 29,i’m still using the same product for my face but this time i can’t get rid of those pimples. So i consulted a dermatologist and she gave me sebamed (bar soap) to use 2x a day, benzoyl peroxide(cream) & adapalene(gel) to put on the affected area & Nanowhite+CoQ10 as moisturizer. She told me to stop using other products just these 3. For almost 2 months of using it nothing happened pimples still there. So i stop it.Right now i’m just using eskinol (cleanser),olay total effects/celeteque (moisturizer). What i only want is to remove the pimples & hopefully the oiliness also. What can you recommend…………………..by the way i’m taking glutathione, vitamin e & c regularly. I’m into gym and i do’nt eat too much chocolates.
well i used proactiv and after 2 days all of my pimples were gone… well sleeping more could actually help your oily face…
one of my friend use tomato for her face and it works big time cause her face doesnt look or feel like sand paper anymore…
a facial from time to time could also work…
cetaphyl is a cheap but good facial cleanser
peanut is also not good…
